Two things to discuss here.

1) We will continue with the LOFP serialization tomorrow (Monday)
2) We just released an updated rev of LOFP on Amazon.
3) We are pulling our books from everything except Amazon, as it is simply a bunch of work to track versioning and sales through multiple outlets, especially given as no one to date has purchased a copy of either book from the non-Amazon outlets.

On another note, people are going nuts buying both books - must be a Christmas thing

A bit about Lili
